Lawyers for music mogul Sean Combs, who is charged with sex trafficking and other charges, claim that federal prosecutors improperly took possession of pages of notes from Combs’ jail cell. The judge is telling prosecutors not to use the documents as part of their case. Combs is fighting to be released on bail while he awaits trial. He has pleaded not guilty. NBC News’ Chloe Melas reports.
